We take your privacy seriously! Customers residing in New Jersey or New York can contact us through a secure email portal provided by LuxSci. Through this email portal we can address your health related questions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Questions are addressed by our licensed pharmacist and are usually answered within 24-48 hours. To help answer your questions it is suggested you provide your current medicaton list including any over-the-counter medications and supplements you are taking.
Instructions
- Click the SecureSend Portal link below - you will be taken off site to a secure portal provided by LuxSci
- Customers using this service for the first time will be prompted to create an account (setup is only a few questions and takes about 1-2 minutes to complete)
- LuxSci will send an email verification link to the email address you provided
- Once your account is activated return to LuxSci's SecureSend Portal and login
- The SecureSend Portal will take you to compose a New Secure Message - for "to a new recepient" type ThomasFPharmD@NobleSupplements.com
- This will open a secure message through the portal
