We ship all supplements fresh with free ice and thermal packing with every order. This special packing consists of a thermal pouch with frozen gel-packs to better protect products from degradation due to exposure to excessive heat

Local is Better!

We focus ourselves as a local provider in the North East offering lower shipping rates to our health seeking neighbors in New Jersey and New York - the map shows UPS's availability for overnight ground shipping from our location

We can ship to other states within the United States but recommend customers utilize overnight delivery for their supplements or 2-day delivery during the cooler months for non-temperature-sensitive supplements

Once placed orders typically ship within 1-2 business days – time to ship is based on product availability from our distributors and requires receipt and review of the supplement’s certificate of analysis to ensure it was tested for identity, quality, and purity

Overnight shipments are shipped Monday-Thursday to ensure next day delivery

Refund Policy

Although very rare, dispensing errors can occur and we will always provide a refund for any wrong product that was shipped. Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of many supplements and their encapsulations, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on shipped orders outside of a direct error on our part. Returned supplements are never re-sold to other customers. We also cannot be held responsible for supplements affected by weather related delays, carrier’s mechanical failure, other acts beyond our control, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the purchaser on the original web order. We do try to accommodate health-seeker concerns and so if you feel your order should be refunded please contact us for review.

All approved refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
